We are looking for a Performance and Insight Manager to join our growing team this summer.

Our core team is made up of highly experienced social researchers, technologists and programme managers, each with their own specialisms. What we share is an ambition to make organisations that do good have a greater impact.

The successful candidate will need to have at least three years’ experience in an organisation which has been responsible for delivering or performance managing projects or programmes with a social purpose. Knowledge of the youth, sport and physical activity sectors is preferable, but not essential if a quick learner with willingness to build knowledge. The successful candidate will also need to have experience of analysing data and performance monitoring as well as having excellent communication, planning and scheduling skills required to manage the work of multiple project delivery organisations. Knowledge of Substance’s impact measurement platform, VIEWS, is desirable but not essential.
This role also provides an opportunity to get involved with other national and international programmes and evaluations currently being managed by Substance.
