We are delighted to announce the latest release of the Views Mobile App, bringing a range of powerful new features designed to make it easier than ever to collect attendance, engagement and evidence data while on the move.

Building on the app’s existing attendance capabilities, this latest version enables users to manage a much wider range of data directly from their mobile device. New functionality includes the ability to:

• Create, edit and delete sessions
• Create events and record headcount attendance
• Record attendance statuses, including Reason for Not Attending, Volunteering and Role
• Add and edit outcomes
• Add and edit notes
• Add and edit questionnaires
• Add and edit engagement levels

These enhancements mean that much of your Views attendance, contact and evidence data can now be collected directly through the app, whether you’re working online or offline. Information is automatically synchronised with your Views account, helping to keep records up to date and reducing administrative effort.
