Substance was commissioned by the Angling Trust and the Environment Agency to conduct the survey.
This was a parallel piece of research to the National Angling Survey, but was a survey asking organisation representatives about their views of the future of the sport.
The 2010 report was undertaken to help inform the development of a new national angling strategy, Fishing for Life.
