Overview

London United is a partnership made up of the 16 London based Professional Football Club Community Organisations (CCOs) working together to demonstrate how football clubs and sport can help to address prevalent issues and improve Londoners’ lives.

The CCOs deliver a variety of programmes to:

  • Grow participation in sport.
  • Improve health and wellbeing.
  • Reduce crime and anti-social behaviour.
  • Create employment and training opportunities.
  • Increase chances for underrepresented groups.

The Challenge

London United were looking to deliver their first pan-London project ‘Kicks Girls’ and needed dedicated expertise to undertake all aspects of the programme management Kicks Girls from project inception to output and outcome reporting.

How we helped

We worked closely with London United to provide them with the dedicated programme management expertise they needed, which included developing and managing monitoring and evaluation processes, creating tools and templates and setting up the programme governance and frameworks.

In addition, through the use of Views we were able to capture outputs and outcomes, monitor and improve programme performance and to report progress to a variety of funders and stakeholders.
