Fixed an issue where the Browse and Submit buttons sometimes needed to be clicked twice when uploading media.
Adjusted the pathway for accepting pending records: accounts with data security enabled are now taken to the Data Security page after accepting a record.
Prevented users from changing a field’s value list if the field has existing data stored against it.
Updated the error message in the mobile app to correctly inform users that they must log into the browser version before using the app. Previously, an incorrect password message was shown.

Removed the ability to mail out a questionnaire using the legacy Mail Out tool. This functionality has been replaced by the External Questionnaires module.

After accepting a pending external questionnaire, the user is now returned to the list of pending questionnaires, rather than being taken to the accepted form.

Performance improvements have been applied to the Questionnaires area, making adding, editing, and deleting significantly faster—particularly for questionnaires with a large number of stored answer sets.
The navigation pathway has been updated so that, when a user clicks Cancel on the Add Contact page, they are now returned to the relevant contact type’s database, rather than the home page.
Tasks has been added as a menu item under the Tools section in Administration.
